For the purposes of this Privacy Statement associated with the Global Wellbeing Initiative website, the terms “we, us, and our” refer to Gallup, Inc., 901 F Street, NW, Washington, D.C., 20004, U.S.A., its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its partner, Wellbeing for Planet Earth Foundation, 1-4-4 Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, 102-0083, Japan.
No Personal Information is collected and processed through the Global Wellbeing Initiative website.

By using the term “Personal Information” in our Privacy Statement, we refer to information that you individually provide to Gallup and/or Wellbeing for Planet Earth Foundation either directly or indirectly that on its own or in combination with other information, can be used to identify you or make you identifiable. Personal Information includes, for example, your name, your mailing address, your telephone number, your email address or other information that identifies you or makes you identifiable.
Information that by itself cannot be used to identify you or make you identifiable does not qualify as Personal Information.
I. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY GLOBAL WELLBEING INITIATIVE WEBSITE
Websites gather information in two ways: (1) indirectly (for example, through our site’s technology), and (2) directly (for example, when you, the site visitor, voluntarily provide information on various pages).
Currently, the Global Wellbeing Inititiave website does not collect any information directly or indirectly. No cookies are used on this website. Should Gallup and/or Wellbeing for Planet Earth Foundation decide to collect information from visitors either directly or indirectly through the use of cookies, this Privacy Statement shall be updated and notice shall be provided.
II. CHILDREN AND PRIVACY
Gallup and Wellbeing for Planet Earth Foundation encourage parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and to be fully familiar with the sites visited by their children. The Global Wellbeing Initiative website does not contain content that is generally considered unsuitable for children.
III. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Gallup and/or Wellbeing for Planet Earth Foundation websites may contain links to sites owned and/or operated by other organizations, and the privacy policies of those sites may differ from that of Gallup and/or Wellbeing for Planet Earth Foundation.
